HBO

In 2017, I joined HBO as a Motion Designer at their Bryant Park office in New York City. My time at HBO was both exciting and formative, especially providing invaluable managerial experience. I led a team of motion and graphic designers, overseeing the creation of dynamic content for HBO Boxing, a project I had the privilege of updating and working on until its final broadcast.

I worked with many unique series and specials, creating social, promotional, and live event assets. Below are a few of my most memorable projects and key moments.

Motion Design

Creative Direction

Design Leadership

Live Event Asset Coordination

HBO Boxing was my main series while at HBO. I ran a team of motion and graphic artists to create a brand guide for the entire series and produce weekly promotion, weigh-in, and live event assets.

Amongst the many digital promotions created for HBO Boxing events, one of my favorites was our mobile boxing game.

For Season 3 of the cartoon comedy, Animals, I created animated gifs of the characters in the new season. These GIFs were converted to stickers on social media, where people could use them in their photos and stories.

The hype is real for Game of Thrones, especially before  Season 7 in 2017. One of our larger projects was capturing, editing and posting photos of the GOT stars as they walked down the red carpet during a screening of the new season. With the live photos, we animated a seamless snow effect, ice breath, exterior light beam, and facial editing to be posted as quickly as possible for social media & press.

The new season of All Def Comedy needed a fun twist on their main acts. I was able to work with the crew to develop engaging short form clips to be made into GIFs for promotional ads and posts. These are a few of my favorites from the promo set.
